Shahwan Yousif Barzani

Born in Barzan Kurdistan-Iraq, Shahwan recieved his diploma for Kurdish Language and worked as teacher. He has cared about the environment since he was very young as he inherited that from his father and his grandfather. He would like to spread his inheritance as he participated in many activities and seminars for raising awareness about the environment.

Shahwan planted more than 30,000 plants in different places all around Kurdistan and enjoys watching them grow. He decided to serve this field and spread the message of keeping the world green voluntarily. That is why the idea of establishing an organization to serve the field was his priority.


Dileen Sardar Alnory

Dileen Sardar Alnori is a faculty member of Public Law at the University of Duhok, and she is an active academic member and researcher. She has participated in many training activities, seminars, conferences, forums, and workshops; she is also a consultant with many think tanks.

She was awarded a master’s degree in public law, specializing in Constitutional Law from the University of Alexandria in Egypt in 2015, and earned a BA degree in Law and Politics from the University of Duhok-Iraq in 2006.

Dileen has held several administrative positions at both universities of Duhok and Zakho. She has worked as a business consultant for the German organization GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) in the Kurdistan Region, and she is a member of the International Commission of Jurists.

Chiyan earned a diploma from Information Technology Institute in Duhok, and is a member of PDK (Party Democratic Kurdistan) Duhok. From 2014 until 2019, Chiyan was president of Kurdistan Womens Union in Duhok. With her passion for the environment, and specifically the environment in Kurdistan, Chiyan decided to be a member of Hanasa Plus Organization to make Kurdistan more green and environmentally protected.

Binafsh Alo Khalaf is a Human Resources Specialist, bringing with her an impressive and diverse set of experiences from journalism and public engagement. Binafsh's eight-year tenure as a news editor and producer at Duhok TV equipped her with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical for her role in human resources. In addition to her journalism career, Binafsh is an accomplished academic, holding a Master's degree in Agriculture and currently pursuing another Master's degree.

She has also represented Kurdistan and the Yazidi community at several international conferences and workshops, showcasing her commitment to advocacy and community engagement. Binafsh's history of participation in several international workshops, including personal development and democracy promotion, highlights her dedication to continuous learning and development. These experiences, coupled with her role as a youth delegate for the Rawanga Youth Forum, demonstrate her capacity to engage with diverse groups and encourage active participation. With her extensive background and passion for community empowerment, Binafsh brings a unique perspective to our human resources team. Her commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment aligns seamlessly with Hanasa Plus's mission to empower communities for environmental and cultural preservation


Pahlawan Adil Saadi

Pahlawan Adil Saadi brings multifaceted experience across finance, accounting, customer service, procurement, and logistics. With a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Banking Sciences, he has taken on diverse professional roles since 2014, including team leadership, managerial responsibilities, and electronic maintenance. Currently based in Duhok, Iraq, Pahlawan specializes in accounting, finance, and electronic repair. He is dedicated to his pursuits, maintains composure under pressure, and refuses to rely solely on past achievements. As Logistics Officer at the Baghdad Women Association, he oversees procurement, contracts, and operations. Pahlawan has also led a trading company, engaged in electronic repair, gained banking experience, participated in humanitarian work, and managed a hotel evening shift. In his free time, he engages in social media and event organizing. We welcome his versatile skill set to Hanasa Plus

Zana Jabali, a renowned music artist, is known for his immense pride in his Kurdish heritage. He has always had a strong desire to contribute to the betterment of his people and country. With a deep passion for environmental issues, Zana aims to invest his time and efforts towards addressing the challenges Kurdistan faces in this area. Zana's educational background is worth mentioning as it reflects his commitment to his craft. He studied at the prestigious University of Salahaddin College of Fine Arts, where he honed his artistic skills and gained a thorough understanding of the importance of creativity. Additionally, he attended the Institute of Fine Arts in Hawler, further enhancing his expertise in music. With his vast knowledge and experience, Zana has also dedicated himself to educating others.

.As a music teacher at the Rise International School in Erbil, he has helped nurture young talents and inspired future musicians. Furthermore, he has worked as a former music tutor at the Fine Art Institute in Erbil, sharing his passion for music with aspiring artists. By joining Hanasa Plus organization, Zana brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. His diverse background in music education, along with his commitment to environmental causes, makes him an asset to the organization. ABDULAZIZ HASSAN MOHAMMED

Event Coordinator, also known as Aziz Shakefti, is an Event Coordinator, bringing with him a wealth of experience from environmental and humanitarian initiatives. A self-identified environmentalist and humanitarian, Aziz is dedicated to fostering positive change and community engagement.

Before joining Hanasa Plus, Aziz served as a deputy in the community police department, a role that honed his community engagement skills and commitment to public service. His experience in this role, coupled with active participation in numerous meetings and conferences across Kurdistan and Baghdad, demonstrates his commitment to environmental conservation and humanitarian efforts.

.Additionally, Aziz's tenure as a card commander or head of security guards for MAG, an organization dedicated to clearing landmines and strengthening security measures, showcased his leadership and operational skills.

Aziz's unique blend of community engagement, leadership experience, and dedication to environmental and humanitarian causes make him an excellent fit for his role as an Event Coordinator at Hanasa Plus. His passion and commitment align seamlessly with our mission of promoting environmental stewardship and socio-economic advancement in Kurdistan.

This diverse exposure within the realm of media has allowed Hazim to develop an exceptionally well-rounded skill set, honing his abilities to effectively communicate and engage audiences through various mediums. Beyond his achievements in the media landscape, Hazim has also emerged as a prominent writer and political commentator, employing his profound insights and valuable perspectives to shed light on sociopolitical matters of importance.
